Default Bread flour-where from?

our local Woolies/Coles don't seem to sell bread flour, and the health shops don't have it either - any suggestions as to where to search for wholemeal flour?

I bought some white bread flour in our local Woolies - it is called High Grade Flour here - havent been able to find any wholemeal tho.

I could send you some - our Coles and Safeway do it and I yesterday I noticed that they had 00 flour.
