Great thread - glad you started it.
Just watching the news and Joanne Lees is struggling to explain the inconsistencies in her story.
I'm surprised that BM got charged with murder when no body has been found. I'm sure that in the UK up until recently you couldn't be charged if there was no body unless there was overwhelming evidence. Doesn't seem to be too much evidence in this case.
We'll see.

Apparently there is DNA linking BM to the scene of the crime.....but it is a wierd one. Now she is saying that she didnt feel any heat coming from the gun, even though she thought she heard him being shot at the back of the Kombi.

Just saw the gun thing on the news. The DNA on BM's t-shirt could have been planted by JL at the race they both attended. Now there's a theory - she deliberately nudged him at the race to plant her DNA when she paid him to do it.

I`m pretty sure that on that programme it said that only one small spot of BM`s DNA was found on JL (on the back of her shirt) now surey if he had punched her and manhandled her then more DNA would have been found and what about residue from the gun shot - would that not have covered BM which in turn would have rubbed off off on JL when manhandled??

I thought JL & PF and BM all attended a horse race or horse meet thing (I don't know what they are called) before JL/PF set off in the combi. It was in the middle of nowhere and loads of chavvy type people went including BM.

If I remember rightly, it didn't paint too rosy a picture of Joanne Lees, alledging that she was in regular contact with some 'bit on the side' while investigations were ongoing
She seemed to be 'basking in the glory' of it all as I recall
...or something like that
