Like most areas there are good and bad parts, it is good for access to the gateway car park (sorry motorway), has a shopping centre which I have not visited.
I drive through everyday to get to Brendale which is a large industrial park, 2 Aussies who I work with, live at Bracken Ridge so if you had seen properties on specific streets I could ask what the streets are like if you wish. (In exchange for 2 cartons upon your arrival). For them not me.
