that's not true. i know plenty of bottleshops open until at least 12am, and if my drunken memory serves me correctly, i saw one open at just before 2am on thrusday night.

i always put the red in the fridge, then take it out maybe 20 minutes before drinking. it's usally at the right temperature then, instead of 'hot'
