Default Booster Seats in Oz!!

I know everyone says about the car seats not being the same in Oz because of the fixings, just wondered if the high back booster seats are OK?? Or even the ones with just the seat bit??

Not sure. We have a couple of high backed booster seats and they had restraint straps to connect to the anchor points. Since UK cars do not have to have the anchor points, I would guess the seats will not have the straps. I think that makes a child seat illegal - not sure if it applies to boosters. Try the transport department website for your state of choice.

I was thinking the same thing. We have two high booster seats and we were going to put one in our crate and take the other one with us on the plane. Whats the point if we can't use them over there.......... I'll check out the site but keep me posted TW if you find anything else out. Ta
