After reading your home package with javica,we conntacted them,What a mistake,greedy builders or what ! On contract exchange date,with all monies in place,javica cancelled the contract.It gets worse,the soliciter ( also involved in the development/ builder )takes our $2000 deposit,and pays his bill (leaves us with $38 ).now javica have the property back on the market for $60k plus.Welcome to the red(black)lands.
