Bond Request

Please can anyone help?

We have been sent form 1134 the Bond Request. The problem is that I have been trying to contact Queensland Treasury Corporation to ask them how we submit the bond to them.

I have e-mailed numerous times with no reply. Can someone please tell me if they went through the Queensland Treasury how you mamaged to lodge the Bond.
