BoE raise interest rates
and so you'd expect the £ to gain, yet the bloody £ is still losing against the mighty AUD$ & NZ$
UK economy is suppose to be growing well compared to Euro zone, so you'd think the money markets would be starting to back the £, which to a degree has happened except the rubber dollars are still in favour.
Will the rebound begin when equity markets begin to become more favourable compared to Commodities?
Can't make sense of it, can others?

Said on the radio today that Property was rising by £100 a day thats alot of moola if you can believe it.
Also said that the rate would rise at least three more times this year to get to the 5% range by december, SO if your coming back to the UK a fixed mortgage is the order of the day it seems.
