Angry Bloody Mortgage Broker

Hi guys,

We had our mortgage application refused this afternoon

The mortgage broker has lied his ass off telling me one thing and hubby something else for this last couple of days, and things he said would be fine with the bank weren't!

We've come to the conclusion that people like him shouldn't be in that type of work because he relly didn't have a clue what he was doing.

Looks like we'll be spending a little more time that planned living with the MIL!

So, any of you in the northern end of the Gold Coast looking for a broker, pm me and I'll give you the name of who not to use.

I'm toying with the idea of moving into mortgage broking part-time. The calibre of the competition doesn't seem too intimidating. I'd need to swot up on the regulations and figure out the old boys club with the banks. Anyone else looking at this?
