Thats right $7.50 for a pot of beer, not in a nightclub but in an inner city suburban pub in Melbourne, Ive paid $5 before which i also thought was expensive, but $7.50 is just crazy. Thats Norwegian prices

Don't worry about it mate I was mad enough to pay $70 for a bottle of red wine in Perth last year. Hope you enjoyed it!

We paid $20 for a pint of lager and a glass of wine the other week while waiting for our daughter, needless to say we only had the one

$7.50 for a pot is pricey even around there...wasn't the Temperance Hotel was it?

Could have been, sounds familiar, yeah $7.50 is high but many places are starting to charge over $5 now, that would make a pint 5 pounds, was back in London last year and never paid anything like that.

MY local the" Wheatsheaf " hotel in Virginia , 35 km north of Adelaide still sells pints of "coopers pale " for $5 a pint , "charlton Draught" $5 pint...most others are $ 5,50 a pint ,....................mm
