There were loads of posts about BP on the immigration forum a month or so ago. I should know I posted lots to them all. Try a search. I offered a few ideas on how you can lower it both long-term and attempts on short-term fixes for when you do meds. It must have worked as I got a category A assessment with a BP just under the 140/100 barrier.
