bit of info for westpac customers
I was in the bank the other day and ant and i have an account each that have no charges on them, Ant has a Deeming account and I have a basic account. we were asked if we recieve any benefits and were told that as we dont our accounts will be changed to what I think is the 1 account and we will be charged $5 per month for eahc account.
So if anyone else has one of these accounts and do not recieve benefits then be warned that in October there is gonna be letters sent to everyone and if you can't prove you are on benefits then your account will be changed.
So does anyone have info on a bank with no charges, I have done a bit of shopping arround and the ones round here all have charges
Cheers

We opened a Westpac One account from the UK. Get charged but we thought it'd be easier when we go out to have something there.
Cheers for that.
