Hi,

I am a biomedical engineer working in South Asia hoping to migrate to Sydney or Melbourne, Australia by end of this year. I presently work in a leading hospital. Can anyone help me to know how I get started looking for suitable employment when I come to Australia. I have options of working in a hospital, a company engaged in medical equipment, a consultancy firm engaged in medical projects, etc. Any help on how I go about looking for a job is much appreciated. I understand that it is important to get a good start... as such I don't mind starting at a lower level than I am in right now... so that I can obtain local experience and excel thereafter.
