Are you meaning the brand "Billy Tea" as sold in all good supermarkets in OZ?
I've not seen it sold here but you could try the OZ shop in Covent garden. http://www.australiashop.co.uk/ |

Very easy to make on the gas too. Leave the tea in until it coats the back of a spoon with tannin and you'll be right mate! UGH! :p
