best time to vist (weather)

Hi there ,
Me my husband & 2 daughters (9 ,5) are looking at doing a recci vist early next year we will be splitting our trip up between perth & brisbane due to checking out areas for my husbands business we will be setting up.
I was looking at end jan early feb but have been told altough the waether will be nice in perth it is the rainy season in brisbane?? does this mean rain every day because i know its hot there then? HELPPPPPPPPPPP:confused:
Also with 2 children i will be intrested to check out the schools whilst there
so i would welcome any one's help on school holidays and if anyone knows of good catholic schools to vist..

Any help & advice will be helpful

Brisbane doesn't have a rainy season, strictly speaking. However, February is certainly one of the wetter months on average. Take a look at the average temps and precipitation graphs. I would probably suggest waiting a little longer and visiting in April / May. There's still a chance of rain at this time but it's warm without being too hot and the evenings are pleasant. Wait any later in the year and the evenings get cooler and sometimes cold.
