Best priced fridge shop/s in Sydney?
We need a new fridge. About 400 litres 1/3:2/3 split. Brand unimportant, but needs to be quiet. Any tips on which shops to check out, aside from the usual suspects Binglee, Retra and Betta?
A second hand one would be fine, but I haven't found anywhere stocking 'nearly new' or slight cosmetic damage type stuff, just battered & rusty ten year old crap
Cheers,
Alex

They only stock 2nd hand, and much of it isn't nearly new! However we bought from them an ok F&P fridge that doesn't llok too shabby. They are up for haggling, do good deals for cash and if you push them they will do free delivery.

There's also a 'Seconds World' in Perouse Road (at The Spot), in Randwick.

I've bought a fridge, two washine machines, dryer and microwave over the last few years this way. No hassle whatever and you don't even have to leave home.

We have a samsung american style fridge freezer that we bought about 6 months ago. An absolute bargain at retravision.
However the repair man has been out 3 times to fix it already. He says do not buy samsung as they are the least reliable of all fridge freezers. It is worth buying something that is not built in Korea.
Best of luck
Nick
