Can any on suggest which is the best places to see in australia And where we shd stay in which hotel etc as i n my partnr r coming to spend holiday

I think you should do a little more research on Australia and then give a little more information about the things you like. Australia is a huge country and very diverse in what it offers to tourists.

Very much depends on what you are looking for!
Personally, if I was coming to Aus on holiday, I would start with Sydney, see Uluru & visit Melbourne.
That said, I chose to live in Cairns
