You get glimpses of the valley floor from way above - sometimes complete with swirling mist, depending on the time of day. The hairiest trip I ever did was up Mount Wellington in Hobart. Freaky, exposed narrow road, sheer drops and so high you felt you should be in an aeroplane! |

Darwin to Perth down the west coast and even taking in The Gibb River Road in this....

The Great Ocean has spectacular scenery, but the problem is because the road is narrow and winding, if you try looking at the scenery while driving you are going to end up in the ocean, :scared: but its great if your a passenger. :D
