Medicals and police certificates request received yesterday (21 April 04).
Exactly 6 months since acknowledgement received. Shaking when I found the yellow envelope on my doormat!! Anyone any idea how long the police certs take in essex? I have to have all documents back with Adelaide by 2 June.... Better book ourselves a holiday to validate our visas now! Yippee we're nearly there!! (aren't we?!) :D |

(aren't we?!) :D When you apply for your police check it will state that they will get it back to you within 40 days. I got mine in about 10 days, others have taken the full 40 days. So allow a month or so if I were you |
Ours were back in less than 1 week, but that was the first week of the new year though so I gues that they had a light workload :)
