Becoming a bar manager/licencee in Australia?
Has anyone got any knowledge of the pub industry in Australia, especially the Sydney area. I believe the manager is the licencee, as opposed to the owner, as the licensee must work on the premises. How dose one become a licensee? Any info appreciated. Thanks.
