I just have had enough with the BBC (Sport) website. You can not watch anything because it is not available in your terriorty. I am sure there must be away around this so that the BBC think you are in the UK.

Anyone got a step by step guide on how to get around this.

The way around this is called an "web proxy" or an "internet proxy". Basically a website, that re-translates your queries from its own web address - so if you really hung up on getting to the content restricted to a certain area, you will need to find a proxy server, located in that area and use them. The connection speed may be awful, so the video is out of the question, but downloads may still work.
