Sounds like you could have them over a barrel!
... And then there's the smallest/cheapest property sold in Queensland (near Brisbane):
Old Mother Hubbard would feel at home

AT just one square metre, a cupboard in a Sandgate shopping arcade may be one of the smallest blocks of land sold.
The cupboard is in a skinny hallway near the gents toilet in a set of shops on Brighton Rd in Brisbane's northern suburbs.
Cloudland Cafe owner Marie-Ann Strasberg bought the cupboard for $500 from Brisbane City Council as a storeroom for old vinyl records played on jukeboxes in her retro cafe.
Ms Strasberg said that after she put in her tender, other shop owners told her a car park came with the cupboard, both of which had been owned by the centre's builder decades before.
Although the car park had not been confirmed by the council, she was happy with the cupboard.
"The car park's a bonus but I just wanted a cupboard for my records," Ms Strasberg said.
"It's basically just a hole in the wall, in a dark alley on the way to the toilets."
Husband Joe Strasberg said his wife – who yesterday was dressed in '70s tights, hot pants and jacket – liked everything old, which was why she named the cafe after Brisbane's long-lost Cloudland ballroom. He thought his wife was crazy when he first heard about the tender.
"She does things like that," said Mr Strasberg, who sported a natty Hawaiian shirt. "She found a home for us in Sandgate in two hours and she has blue, pink, burgundy and red Chevrolets and a pink EK Holden."
Cr Victoria Newton said the council became owner of the cupboard because of arrears in rates.
The building's body corporate was then approached about a tender process and Ms Strasberg was the only bidder.
"Neighbours usually have first dibs on these sorts of things, so people were invited to make an offer and the only ones who expressed an interest were Cloudland," Cr Newton said.
"My guess is that this would be the smallest block of land ever sold by council.
"It's a really lovely, interesting cafe so it sort of fits that they should get the cupboard for their old singles."
Ms Strasberg is tickled pink about her purchase, given cafe regulars have given her dozens of gifts, including old records, photographs and ornaments, some of which need to be stored safely.
"The cupboard fits in with the atmosphere. It all just falls into place," she said.
