Bar Attendants

Anyone have any info on being a Bar Attendent in Oz? How is the salary? Do you get tips or is it all salary? What would be the best areas for jobs?

Don't tip in Australia as a rule as far as I'm aware and as stated need a license to work behind a bar!!!!
