Default Banks and Pensions... A few questions.

We are leaving at the end of October ( Hopefully ) and we would like to find out which are the best banks to go with.
I know there have been various threads on this topic, but we would like an up to date view as to which banks offer the best service.
I know all you regulars will be only to happy to offer advice.

Pensions (aaaarrrggghhh ) Nightmare :scared: :scared:

Where do you start ?????

All views and comments welcome.

I requested info from both of these banks online after earlier recommendations. In the time it took to send paperwork backwards and forwards to ANZ and get a letter with my new account info, the originally requested stuff from HSBC arrived a week later. It took them the best part of a month in total

I emailed ANZ yesterday to ask about activating the account and have had a very friendly and helpful response back today.

This is just my experience so far but from this ANZ - good, HSBC - not so good :
