bankrupt and want to emigrate
hi there.
iam bankrupt till 1st april 2006 and iam thinking of emigrating to oz. My partner has a very good credit rating and all things are in her name, but we only have enough points if we apply in my name. does anyone know if this will affect our application.
any info will be very helpful

This question has come up a few times recetnly, probably best to do a search and see the previous responses.
My understanding is that for a normal visa e.g. 136 it does not matter, however I could be wrong.
