Pl. give us some idea of this place as we are moving end of this 2007.

If possible.....what are the good and bad things behind this place.

Thanks

Typical middle-class Melbourne suburbia. No train services, but about 30 minutes to the CBD by tram/bus. A car (or two) is essential. Houses generally 1950's brick veneer on a quarter-acre block. Plenty of shops, etc. but no shopping malls.

It's a good area if you've got kids. Otherwise, personally I'd go for somewhere a bit more central.
