Hi All,
I enjoy playing club badminton in the UK. I arrive in the Brisbane area (not exactly sure where we will settle) in November. Are there any badminton clubs in the Brisbane area? Is it a widely played sport over there? Thought it might be a good way of getting to know people when I arrive.

The YMCA in Victoria Point has badminton evenings I think. I'll see if I can find a link for you.

HMMM, can't find a specific reference to Badminton - it just says multi purpose courts, but I am sure I know someone who plays / has played badminton there. Might be worth emailing them.

Thanks. Will try the Redlands Badminton Club (which is not on the Brisbane Badminton Website) at Victoria Point first as that is near to our 'on arrival' accomodation. Will have to see where I end up before deciding on which one will become my new club.
