losin' it? Very much so. I like to break my intense periods of concentration at work with a bit of light-hearted posting.
Makes a change from the constant bickering, eh? And the endless questions eg. Where do I go, where do I live, how much is that, is it cheaper ..is my nose too big, etc

The Castle is my favorite Australian film. You can hire it from good video shops over here. Gives a good insight into a) aussie bureaucracy and b) averageish suburbanish working class families and it is very funny.

And how would he know what acting his like in a porno???!!!!
I wouldn't of course, but would thoroughly recommend Debbie does Dallas for acting at its finest.

Dallas was the finest programme ever to walk the Earth. The finest event that used to take place was the annual Oil Baron's Ball/s. The Bold and Beautiful doesn't come close. Also the Dallas ranch had a lot of barbies - that was classy living and I have been aspiring to that ever since.

Film B
The only other Aussie films I know are:
Muriel's Wedding
Prusilla Queen of the Desert
Are either of these correct??
Personally I found 'The Dish' so boring that I fell asleep, talk about slow to start. If it hadn't had been about Oz it would have gone off after 10 mins..

Spot on Badge. Me old mucka Melvin Bragg said it was questioning inflection as those using it felt inferior so therefore had to insinuate themselves and the questioning inflection is passive and sort of says "I want to please you". Now does that sound like your typical Aussie or WHAT??? said in a highly questioning and passively insinuating sort of way.
