Back in the fast lane
 

After the debacle of our buyer pulling out, we eventually did an exchange but had a completion date of anytime before the end of January.

I phoned our buyer last night to say we were not leaving as planned this Sunday (after his deposit cheque had cleared) and he tells me now that he has another (cash) buyer and is looking to complete in the next couple of weeks. He thought we would be gone this weekend and he could phone to say he will complete giving 24hrs notice!!!!! OMG!! :scared:

So were off again running. Rebooking removals and flights and look like being gone Wednesday 10th September :eek:

A 15 day delay in our master plan is not really too bad is it?

Re booked the flights today for 10th September. Will be in Sunny Adelaide on Saturday 13th :D :D :D :D
