Default Baby after Visa Grant

We have been granted permenant residency status on the 9th September. We are planning to have another baby, but the baby may be born before we plan to activate our visas. Is it easy to get an additional child added on to your visa, and are there any addidtional costs involved? Thanks. Chris

you can only add a child to a visa if the visa hasnt yet been granted. if your baby is born after the visa grant you have to get them a visa of their own.

I don't know how much this is or how to go about it, your best bet is to ask in the Immigration Forum and someone like JAJ or Pollyanna will be able to tell you.

Hope that helps and congrats on the visa!
