Awards???
Is there anybody who knows the current pay `award` for refigeration / air conditioning engineers (mechanics) in Perth , i`ve looked at the jobs there and most of them say `award`n on the pay scale.
Any info would be much obliged .

"Award" is generally union negotiated pay rate, try here for awards:
