Default Average wage? this might help

Seeing as people always want to know how much they can earn, I thought this might be handy.

Same for mining.

Good one - great to see Perth money going up and up - still a real IT skill shortage from what I've heard on the ground and a couple of 100+ people projects about to start up.

Was May 2007, but according to The Australian Bureau of Statistics says average wage as of February 2007 was about $1,100 for full-time employees.

Average taking into account part-time, seasonal etc was just over $850.
