Average monthly outgoings
Hiya,
Can anyone give me a view on an average family of 4's cost of living in Oz (excluding housing) .. Obviously your mileage may vary etc but I'm just trying to get an idea of an average family's outgoings in any given month.
Food, Utilities etc...
Cheers,
Dean

Re: Average monthly outgoings
Hi
I would also like to know for rural South Australia. I shop at Sainsbury's for special occassions and Morrisons or Asda the rest of the time!
Have 2 small boys OB 3 1/2 and TB 11 months.
In the UK, £1300 covers all our outgoings (mortgage, bills, car insurance, petrol et).

Re: Average monthly outgoings
Well, when I say the "average" I'm looking for examples of personal experience.... I appreciate that depending where you live or where you shop your outgoings may be higher, or lower.
Regional variations are very much of interest.
