The average cost of a Gold Coast home is...........

according to the Gold Coast Bulletin newspaper yesterday!!!!!!
Anybody else finding it difficult to find a house in their price range?? :curse:

we had our own christmas carol
she`s pictured below, she did the cooking, made sure that everone was well fed and gave out the pressies to the kids
