Default Austudy/Youth allowance

To get Austudy or Youth allowance (next year I start uni) centrelink will do a income test, do they look at my partners income?? I can't find it on centrelink's website, www.centrelink.gov.au, I know they probably will...... but you never know.

Default Re: Austudy/Youth allowance

When my son applied they took my salary into consideration. That was 10 years ago and the cut off was something ridiculous like taxable income of $38,000. With the pitance that he would have received he was much better off doing a few nights night fill at Coles.
