OK I am going to ask a question which perhaps I shouldn't but will anyhow.

The condoms. Assuming the husband found them, let's say in their original packing, wouldn't this suggest a certain amount of preparedness on behalf of the woman? Unless she bought them in her sleep? If they were found after having been employed - wouldn't this be slightly more than 'circumstantial evidence'? - who did he think had been using them? the cat? :confused:
