Australian Typing Certificate

Hi everybody, going to Sydney in January and have been looking on the internet for jobs. I have an HNC in Computing, but everything I look at in relation to IT/admin states that you have to have proof of your typing ie, an Australian typing Certificate. Can anybody tell me what this is/ what it is equivilent to and how do I go about getting one?
