Hi, I was wondering what sort of time scale people were having when the australian immigration taken there £ 750 fee, to getting a case officer, and once you have a case officer, are you allowed to correspond with them.thanks

2. Yes you can, but they don't like getting "status requests" unless you go outside normal processing times.

we have spoken to our case officer ( email ) a couple of times to let her know what stage we were at and she does respond quite quickly
