Economy 71 65

Climate 87 66
Final Score 81 73
The two main areas of difference are:
Cost of Living and Climate
The cost of living is more expensive than Oz so that puts the UK above Australia when that is corrected.

most of western europe, in my experience.
Put it this way: In the USA there's minimal public transport outside the urban areas, the roads are often in a poor state (as are many bridges), and power outages are pretty frequent.

Not if you agree with it. Cost of living doesn't just mean your supermarket trip and internet bill.

Regardless, these things are pointless, debateable and best taken with a pinch of salt.

It seems every second hollywood film has an Aussie actor in it these days.

Also Aboriginal culture is the oldest culture in the world. The sydney Opera house the most famous Opera house in the world.

Your definition of culture is different from mine.

Some people think that the only culture in the world is their own culture, and cannot see that others can have a different culture to theirs.

Sometimes it is embarrassing to be British.

The definition of culture covers enormous scope and what you both define it as, will be included.
Having a cup of tea with a local is "culture" Going to a BBQ is "culture"

The problem is the misuse of the word culture.
