That list can't be true- a quick browse of the 'Moving to NZ' forum at the moment 100% confirms, beyond any doubt, NZ is hell on earth, not the 5th best place in the world.

I think the only people who take any notice at all of all these surveys are those who need to justify a decision. They are clearly extremely flawed and show us nothing at all.

There were differences in those scores, but not as sizeable as the education score it seemed.

The blurb seems to say its average length of education, for those over a certain age. So it depends on what you count as 'education', and what the policies were in the past. As I say, the whiff of fish.
