Australian gov stats

uk average 8.1 or 2,100,000 people out of work

BBC business report

now correct me if i`m wrong but dosnt that `clearly show a significant difference? 637 thousand to 2.1 million?

Why do you keep saying 8.1% when it clearly says 7.8% ?

You have previously stated that you believe neither the UK's or Australia's figures. So:
Is 'real' unemployment higher or lower in Australia?
Is 'real' unemployment higher or lower in the UK?

Same with the inflation figures. All lies.

They also vary from person to person depening on what your profession is, your location and what your family life is.

In the UK I didn't see unemployment at all because all my friends were young, in IT type companies and throughout the Thames Valley area.

Inflation was an issue, as my hobbies/lifestyle involved things where the prices went up greater than inflation.

Currenlty my biggest expendatures are house/car .. and with interest rates dropping, my inflation is technically negative.
