Australia Day Fireworks on the Gold Coast

Australia Day Fireworks on the Gold Coast
Seem to remember that various Councils/beaches were promising to do their washed out New Year displays on Australia Day instead....
but can't find much to go on with a Google or 4 *sigh*
I know that 'Wet and Wild' aren't doing one
(I asked tonight).......and I know that there's a display on the River in Brisbane....but is anyone in the know about displays/entertainment a bit more local?

Hi there, was just wondering the same thing myself, have found a list of whats on here

seems there are fireworks at Cavill @ 8 and other stuff around the place during the day.

I was told there would be fireworks on sunday at paradise point 8.30pm
