Re: Australia.......
A better question to ask of youself would be 'Is Australia all I've cracked it up to be?"
You've set up the perhaps unrealistic expectations, only you can unset them. Accept it for what it is, warts and all, I'm sure Australia won't mind.

Re: Australia.......
I am fine, my love. I have sent you a number of messages asking if you want to meet up. I am concerned that you are just stuck in the difficult stage, not quite settled, long winter period, jobs not falling at feet etc...it does colour one's perspective somewhat. If you want to meet up for a chinwag, do let me know. I have run the gammit of emotions since being here and I might just help.
That was really nice of you, and if he has any sense he will take you up on your offer.
If I have learned anything off this emigrating journey, its get out there and take up any offer that going for a cuppa and a chat. It could change your perspective on everything.

Hi Lee
Remember the days in 'chat'? Remember the nightmare of house selling, getting visas, shipping all and sundry to get to that final goal of Australia?
Don't give up mate - 2 months is too short. Above all remember why you wanted to leave GB in the first place!!
I'll happily swap with you if you like although I won't be going to Vic!!!
House selling here is truly hell at the mo too....Just had a few days in Cornwall with the family and believe me you don't want to be stuck on the M5 for 5 hours like we were:curse::curse:
Anyway take care,
Dtp
