Default The Aussie shuffle

When having the piss taken for being a Pom a mate of mine began shuffling his feet in a bar as if he were in chains. He called it the Aussie shuffle dance and apparently the Aussies liked it! Surprising, but even more surprising was that he survived considerig he was in a bar with 15 pissed off Aussie rugby players!

The Aussie Rugby players aren't the ones that are pissed off, they've been winning, even over England, so it must of been the Rugby League players you mean. Twenty years ago your mate would have possibly been waking up in a hospital emergency wing. Nowadays one altercation, and their playing contracts are torn up.

Why assume he did not mean "RUGBY" League in the first place...? How great the Kiwi's were.

And how sad it was for the Aussie stewards to kick us out of the Suncorp Stadium before the Kiwis had completed their lap of honour. How sad.

The merits of league v yawnion, we'll leave for the barbie threads.

yep I was referring to League although I do prefer union personally. I suppose I can't say much after our result against SA or how well our cricket team are doing. Anyway, what's this about not being able to watch the lap of honour - a bit rough was'nt it?
