Aussie Incoming Passenger Card and TB

The incoming passenger card asks "Do you have tuberculosis?" Should I answer yes or no if I have been treated for latent TB infection (LTBI)? My initial thought was to select "no" and write "treated for latent TB infection".

Just answer the question, It asks "Do you HAVE TB?" not "Have you ever been treated for TB?"

So does someone with LTBI have TB? They have inactive TB bacteria in them. The question on the card really isn't specific enough. I have been treated for a latent TB infection. I will take it to mean "active TB" and answer no and add the note about LTBI to cover myself.
