Following is the Bulletin's table of the percentage change in house prices for the March quarter, as at July 5.

*The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) uses data on contracts that have been fully settled, while data from APM and other groups are considered more up to date as they show contracts exchanged but not yet formally settled.
