Auckland to Perth - same same or different

We are thinking of moving to Perth from Auckland.

Do you get a better house, lifestyle - does money go further etc.

What is a good income in OZ - do most people work o/t to make ends meet.

All depends on how much you earn. You are more likly to get more salary but housing is expensive in WA. Perth is even worse as its isolated and things like food is more expensive than the east. Alot of NZ seem to move to aus for the cash so Id say its probably better if there is that many doing it. Just be prepared for the 40+ degree days.
