Asta Lavista Scummy Rental!
Hi guys
We have just had an offer on a house accepted, building inspection is tommorow (ta YFitz for recommendation) and we could be out of here in 6 weeks!
Our rental has always been a bit of a nightmare so we are well pleased to be getting out.

It's a fixer upper and I'll tell you where it is some other time, wouldn't want the Expats burglars working out where it is! I can't wait to get in there and do stuff
BTW We went to Forrestfield and Kalamunda yesterday and I thought of you, it was really beautiful.
