Draws are tough on both sides i think, but cant wait until the next battle on the cricket pitch it's been tooth N nail. At least both sides are working hard instead of the one sided games of the past.

Thats right

England would have been able to bat for more sessions thus extending their lead (probably over 500) and then having more time to get 10 Aussie wickets. It certainly would have made the job a hell of a lot easier than 10 wickets in 1 day. I think if 5 days would have been played England would have won comfortably.

Nice to have the aussies on the back foot thanking the rain gods for a change. Lets hope they hear our prayers if we are to need them in the final 2 tests.

Now on to the home of cricket Trent Bridge.

Never mind. Psychologically we beat them, and i know who will be feeling more confident for the next one!

Yet again another fantastic match and well done both teams.
I reckon poor Jason Gillespie will be dropped though.

I think a lot of the Aussies are playing on their reputation. Gillespie has to be dropped, Ponting was struggling until his last innings, Gilchrist has not performed with the bat. Now there are rumours of rifts between Ponting & Warne. You always see this in teams that have been successful for so long, people living on reputation, rifts between players. It's happening in the Wally-bies rugby team as well. I think the balance of power in world cricket is changing.
