ARTC Certificate
Hi
My husband received notification by email on 24th April that he was granted his ARTC in Electrical Mechanic and would send the certificate out by post. We have used a friends address in Melbourne for them to send it to and they still havent received it.
Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for them to send the certificate out? I dont want to email them unless i know it definitely shouldve been received by now.
